Who is the program for?
MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can take part in this program. Everyone is welcome here at Fortified Fitness!
WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
Yes, you certainly can!
Our passionate coaches will ensure you can complete the program and get amazing results regardless of your current fitness abilities.

We are located at 6475 N Decatur Blvd, Suite 175.
